The progression of students from level to level is based on the credits earned during a particular level. Each course of study shall carry 3 credits. If a student has accumulated 12 or more credits at a particular level of the program he or she can proceed to the next level subjects. However, a student must pass all the relevant study courses required to complete at each level of study and compete the compulsory final research to be eligible for the award of the degree.

• 1.  A degree from a recognized university with three years working experience OR
• 2.  An equivalent professional qualification from a recognized body with three years working experience in the managerial capacity OR
• 3.  Senior executives who are desirous of further developing their professional career with minimum of ten years experience in managerial capacity acceptable to the Board of Study.
