Centre Structure


Management structure of PIBM is mainly comprised Chairman who is the Director of Education, Director Operations and Business Development, the Manager Student Affairs, Manager Operations and Business Development and the Co-ordinating Secretary who is primarily responsible for co-ordinating with students, and lecturers in scheduling lecture sessions with the consultation of either the Manager Student Affairs or the Director of Education. The Director of Education will primarily be responsible of all matters pertaining to study programmes and that ensures maximum support of the top management to offer qualifications with the highest quality.


Staff Development


Permanent staff of PIBM is exposed to on going training on the development of new programmes, new policies and procedures that are being introduced. Further, the staff members are encouraged to follow relevant study programmes and course fees applicable are reimbursed on successful completion. Further the staff is encouraged to communicate upwardly and especially inform the management of any student complaint or any grievance, if they are faced with.


Student Complain Procedure


Students are free to make any complaint pertaining to any study programme including complaints regarding facilities, lecturers etc., if any, directly to the Director of Education. Due to the nonavailability of the Director of Education during the time of crisis, any student can make a formal complaint either to the Coordinating Secretary or to the Manager Students Affairs. The staff is empowered to take decisions depending on the situation and in any case the Director of Education should be informed as early as possible.


Health and Safety


Employees are provided with a conducive environment and all possible measures are taken to ensure proper health and safety of each member.


Equal Opportunity


The institute provides equal opportunity for any student who deserves to follow a qualification as he/she desires subject to eligibility. The assessment of eligibility should by no means subject to any form of discrimination including physical disability of any potential student.


Centre Communication


The entire communication with international educational institutions is channelled through the Director Education who is the Programme Leader. He will communicate to the Programme Members of any change or development with regard to any study programme in programme team meetings. The Programme Members will disseminate relevant information to the students. Similarly students are free to communicate with Programme Members for any clarification and they will notify such communication to the Programme Leader.


Arrangements to Safeguard against Mistaken or Fraudulent Claims for Certificates


PIBM is adhering to a policy of not issuing duplicate certificates unless the institute is deemed to do so. All certificates are duly endorsed only by the authorized personnel subsequent to the standard procedure of assessment of individuals on examination success. The results entered will be verified and checked by the Director of Education. The results of all the students are kept under the strictest confidence and protected by passwords preventing any unauthorized person accessing them. This information is stored in a remote database. The backups of these documents are taken regularly consistent with the updating of data and kept in a different location. However, hard copies are also kept under lock and key under the direct custody of the Director of Education. The marks obtained by each student for each module will be forwarded in the form of a Transcript prepared and duly signed by the Director of Education subsequent to the Board of Study approval.
